Kadeena is a figurehead for breaking barriers and is the only black British athlete ever to win a gold medal in the Olympics/Paralympics in cycling. She founded the KC Academy to provide ethnically diverse athletes more opportunities in cycling.

Very good at relating sporting success to commercial success, and in particular developing teams working towards a shared goal. For my money, one of the best value Olympic speakers.
