We were delighted to welcome Kimberley Wilson in to the studio. Kimberley is a fascinating speaker as she believes the different approaches to physical health, as opposed to mental health, are fundamentally flawed and should be looked at combined. If what we eat affects so many different aspects of our physical health, surely it's likely to affect our mental health as well.
She talks about the links between the two, and offers practical advise on what foods affect what aspects of our mental health and performance, and ultimately what sort of diet is good for both your physical and mental wellbeing.
