We were delighted to sponsor the Events Events, held at The Mermaid Theatre last month. The day kicked off with a breakfast briefing from Roberta Lucca talking about Millennials - how to work with them, and manage them. Roberta's company, Bossa Studios employs 70% Millennials and Gen Z.
Nik Gowing started the main conference sessions by setting the tone and introducing the opening keynotes, before breakout sessions followed. Social Media expert, Will Francis enthralled with his session on the use of Social Media in Events, while Rory Bremner provided a hosts perspective to the Awards Panel...our very own JJ even chaired a panel on the use of talent at events!
The day finished with a keynote from Tony Anderson who helped set up easyJet and worked on a number of easy branded businesses. Quote of the day was a reflection on one of the failures...they discovered stripping back all of the extras on easyCruises essentially left you with a Ferry!
