Shaunagh Brown is one of the stars of Women's rugby playing for Harlequins Women’s and England Senior Women’s International teams having made her international debut in November 2017 against Canada.

She played every game in the 2019 Women’s Six Nations and won the Grand Slam in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

In the 2020/21 season she scored nine tries and produced a player of the match performance in the Premier 15s Final as Harlequins defeated Saracens in a thrilling final.  
 
Shaunagh is passionate about developing and promoting women's sport as well as racial equality. In 2022 she featured in a documentary called ‘No Woman, No Try’, which takes a closer look at the status of gender, ethnicity and sexual equality within women's rugby. 

Shaunagh is extremely engaging, enthusiastic and confident speaker, both in front of and behind the camera, and isn’t afraid to have those difficult conversations about what can happen in the workplace that can impact the mental wellbeing of black people and people of colour.
 
Shaunagh talks about some of the biggest changes she has made, including how she found the drive to reach her goals. 

She is a great example of what can happen when you say Yes to a challenge and her story leaves an audience feeling inspired and motivated to make change happen.
