Joanne McNally



Described by the Sunday Times as a ‘truly gifted stand-up’, Joanne has been taking Ireland and the UK’s comedy scene by storm, enjoying sell-out runs with her shows Wine Tamer and The Prosecco Express. Joanne has sold out 50 nights at Vicar Street in Dublin and four nights at the London Palladium. Her first one-woman-show, Bite Me, described by Lyn Gardner as ‘hilarious and brutal’, was nominated for multiple awards. 

She is the cohost of the hugely popular podcast ‘My Therapist Ghosted Me’, alongside her best friend Vogue Williams, which has one million downloads a week. 

Joanne created, wrote and presented the funny and insightful documentary Baby Hater which was broadcast in Ireland for TV3.

Joanne has also co-hosted Republic of Telly (RTE 2) and appeared on The Blame Game (BBC NI), Clear History (RTE), The Late Late Show (RTÉ One), The Jonathan Ross Show, Jonathan Ross’ Comedy Club (ITV), Guessable, Comedians Solve World Problems (Comedy Central), Michael McIntyre’s The Wheel and House of Games (BBC), The Big Fat Quiz of Everything, Joe Lycett’s Got Your Back (Channel 4) and heard on BBC Radio 4’s A Good Read, Radio 5 Live's Sarah Brett Show, and Evil Genius (BBC Sounds).
