Dean McCullough is a Northern Irish television and radio presenter.
He hosts a weekday morning show on BBC Radio 1 from 5–7am and was named ‘Top LGBTQ+ Broadcaster’ by Attitude magazine.
On television, Dean presents the weekly social media round-up on Big Brother: Late & Live and has appeared on Love Island: Aftersun, CelebAbility, and Retreat Yourself on ITV. He has also hosted documentaries such as OnlyFans Got Me Fired and The Rise & Rise of Taylor Swift for UNTOLD on Channel 4.
Dean’s other BBC credits include Celebrity Mastermind, Strictly: It Takes Two, The Hit List, CBBC Mash-Up, Children in Need, and Eurovision: Make Me a Winner. Dean was also a campmate on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2024.
In music, he has presented Sam Smith at the BBC, Sugababes at the BBC, and a Westlife at Wembley special broadcast in 650 cinemas. He also hosts music programmes on 4Music and Sky.
He also has experience in hosting events, having previously hosted and presented at London Fashion Week for Mercedes Benz, The UK Blog Awards, The Make A Difference Trust and The Albert Kennedy Trust
As a live DJ, Dean has performed across the UK and Europe, including shows at Ministry of Sound, The O2 Arena, and O Beach Ibiza. He is a popular choice at university freshers’ events and has supported Steps on their UK summer tour. He has also performed at festivals like Mighty Hoopla, Snowboxx, and It’s the 90’s Baby.
Dean has worked with brands including Virgin, Symprove, Moss Bros, and Sony.
